Doctor of Executive Leadership
My Annual Reflections
1st Year Reflections
My first-year experience was phenomenal. I won't hesitate to mention the remarkable study program implemented in this year's studies. I conceptualized and acknowledged anonymous insights that evolved systematically during the entire program. This moment of reflection evokes my deeper understanding of various concepts learned especially concerning Social Capital. Nonetheless, Social Capital creates a productive working field through team cohesiveness and corporation (Palaima et al, 2010). I draw my point of reflection from this basis and previous years’ experience in the doctorate program.
2nd Year Reflections
I take upon this moment of reflection with an impeccable sense of honesty and transparency about the fascinating experience I encountered during the second year of my doctorate program. The teaching and learning program in the second year exhibited spectacular and comprehensive student-centered instructional strategies and learning objectives presented to us with utmost clarity. Nonetheless, proper learning strategies usually exemplifies better knowledge acquisition (Bloodgood & James, 2018). I must mention that the second-year experience was challenging, but phenomenal. Nevertheless, I draw my annual reflection for this paper on the subject of leadership and personal development.
